Chicken Pasta Salad

16 oz or a little less cooked bowtie pasta
1-2 c chopped celery
1c slivered almonds
3 c red grapes sliced
1 c diced green onion
Salt/ pepper to taste
Dressing:
1 c mayo
1/4 c apricot preserves (or jam)
3 c diced roasted chicken
